THE BARE BONES -

LET'S FLESH IT OUT A BIT -
Appearance: What's your character's general body image? What unique features do they have? What sort of clothing do they usually wear? How do they hold themselves? Etc. Should be at least two paragraphs.

Quirks: Is there something that sets your character apart from the rest? Are they a half-veela, an Animagus, missing an arm, got an extra toe on each foot? Anything exceptionally unique must be described in detail here! Make sure you get anything in this category approved by an admin before applying. If your character doesn't have anything that belongs in this category, you may skip it.


MORE THAN JUST A PRETTY FACE -
Personality: How does your character act in general? Around specific people? Do they have a strong moral center, or are easily swayed by others? Any special quirks? Make it a good 2-3 paragraphs.

Likes and Dislikes: What does your character love to do? Do they have any hobbies or guilty pleasures they like to indulge in? On the flip side, do they have any pet peeves? Things that piss them off in general? Make list for each, at least 3-5 for both.

Strengths and Weaknesses: Does your character excel at a certain subject? Have a natural affinity for Quidditch? At the same time, are they terrible at Astronomy, have a gimp leg, excessive anger problems? Make a list for each, at least 3-5 in both, but explain more about each strength and weakness next to it.


OF WITCHES AND WIZARDS -
Patronus: Does your character have a Patronus? If so, what does it look like? What memory was used to create their Patronus? (only applicable if your character has a Patronus; it is highly unlike that younger witches and wizards will have one).
Boggart: What is your character's greatest fear? It must be able to take a physical form.
Amortentia: What would your character smell in a love potion? Use a maximum of four scents.
Dementor: Your character's worst memory goes here.
Mirror of Erised: What is your character's biggest goal or dream? There can only be one.


THE EARLY YEARS -
History: What was your character's childhood like? How did they grow up, and if they received an acceptance letter to Hogwarts, how did they/their family and friends handle it? Expand as much as possible, though the minimum requirement is three paragraphs.
